We inspect the roof for dents, bruises, or cracks on shingles, granule loss, damaged flashing, and marks on vents, gutters, or metal components caused by hail. We also check for weakened or compromised areas that could lead to leaks or accelerated roof deterioration.

SIGNS OF WIND DAMAGE

We look for lifted, cracked, or missing shingles, torn or bent flashing, and displaced ridge caps. We also check for granule loss, loose vents, and other areas where strong winds may have compromised the roof’s integrity, which can lead to leaks or further damage.
